2023-24 BOOKINGS OPEN MAY 1

PLEASE READ ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE BOOKING!  
Please purchase a custom costume deposit to start the process and to secure your booking.  
Email us and we will send ypu the measurement form that needs to be filled out entirely with measurements, and date needed and your name and address.
All  details are needed 10 weeks prior to the due date.  

This booking purchase serves as your NON-REFUNDABLE deposit that will be applied towards the total cost of your costume. 

All custom bases cost $250 + 

all appliqued and stoned costumes from out line ( existing designs start at $500+ ) 

All custom designs created for you start at $600+

One deposit is equal to one costume booked. To purchase  multiple  costumes, please purchase the corresponding amount of deposits needed.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • All costumes / deposits purchased -at $250 minimum for Standard costumes  and $300 Elite Custom Costumes are  NON-REFUNDABLE
  • All sales are final. Returns are not accepted on  custom costumes.
  • WE WILL NOT COPY DESIGNS FROM OTHER DESIGNERS. We understand that you might like to share inspiration from another costume designer you love, but please understand that every costume designer has there own look/ style etc and  we will never copy other designers work. In addition copying our own work is even not 100% depending on the size, applique availability etc every costume will be unique and we cannot guarantee that the same costume made in a different color/ size will even look exactly the same. There needs to be a variable / room for interpretation.  
    We can take inspiration from pictures or designs you may like, but it will always be done in our own style and based on available appliques etc     We can remake any previous designs of ours that you may see on social media or this website or our Etsy shop but keep in mind that all applique/stonework will vary slightly. Nothing can be 100% replicated due to the custom nature of our work. We will also not provide a  design sketch when replicating our past designs.
  • All communication regarding your order needs to be via email (Co9dance@gmail.com) 
  • please do not leave voicemails or send texts. All communication needs to be in the same stream to avoid and miscommunication. 
  • Balances MUST BE PAID within 2 weeks of receiving your final invoice, otherwise, deposit and costume is forfeited.( No exceptions) ALL Costumes will not be shipped until final balance is paid.  This includes group/ team costumes. 
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by shipping carriers. ( FED EX) We will always provide your tracking number of your shipment.

PRICING

  • Custom orders start at $650, at which the starting price includes heavy embellishing, and go up depending on design intricacy and appliqué/embellishing level.
  • ELITE Custom orders begin at $950, at which the starting price includes heavy embellishing, and go up depending on design intricacy and appliqué/embellishing level.
  • If you are ordering a past remake/ design, please note that the final costume may differ slightly due to the custom nature of our work. A digital design sketch will not be provided for remakes.
  • A detailed price quote will be given after your design/measurement form is submitted. If you have a budget, please let us know when submitting your form, and we will work this into your design.
