Refund policy

In stock costumes can be returned for credit if returned within 4 business days of receipt in the same condition. No exceptions.  
*custom orders made for you cannot be returned. 
group / team orders cannot be returned.  
deposits cannot be refunded.  
custom costumes can be altered or adjusted but cannot be refunded. In most cases costumes can be exchanged or altered but never refunded. 

**Also please note if you elect to pay a deposit amount only of 50% this amount does not cover our initial investment of materials therefore if you do not pay your balance two weeks prior to your ship date your costume cannot be started.  You cannot elect to wait to see a photo of your completed costume. We do not operate this way it would cause significant delays. It is your responsibility to pay the balance on time or the order will be delayed or the order will most likely be cancelled. A refund is not possible since the initial amount did not cover the material cost.
